I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was great as everything I wanted to do was on the tram route, including the famous cathedral square. The neighborhood had a very typical Viennese feel and the tram stop was right next to this venue. The staff were also very helpful, especially at the reception desk. They provided information on tours and tickets, and even offered a welcome drink. The room amenities were good, including tea and coffee facilities and there was also a restaurant and bar on site.

Although I didn't travel with my family, I would recommend this hotel to families as there were a lot of conveniences nearby such as a supermarket and restaurants.

Great breakfast options with a variety of choices including tea, coffee, cereal, fruit, yogurt, meat. the location was convenient, with a tram right outside the door that takes you to the center quickly.

exe exceeded my expectations during this christmas party, the staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help me during a difficult time with my husband in the hospital, the hotel had great amenities including a gym and indoor pool, and the location was convenient with nearby restaurants and public transportation.

We had a mix-up with our room reservation and they immediately took responsibility, arranged transportation to another nearby hotel, and even covered the cost. It was a bit inconvenient, but they handled the situation swiftly and professionally. This level of customer service really impressed us. I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional service and willingness to go the extra mile.
