I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Vienna and I can confidently say that it exceeded my expectations. the location was perfect - right in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore all the attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any queries or requests. The rooms were well-appointed, with comfortable beds and even a small balcony to enjoy the city views. Plus, the breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options, including some Spanish specialties. I was impressed with the value for money and the attention to detail in this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was great as everything I wanted to do was on the tram route, including the famous cathedral square. The neighborhood had a very typical Viennese feel and the tram stop was right next to this venue. The staff were also very helpful, especially at the reception desk. They provided information on tours and tickets, and even offered a welcome drink. The room amenities were good, including tea and coffee facilities and there was also a restaurant and bar on site.

Although I didn't travel with my family, I would recommend this hotel to families as there were a lot of conveniences nearby such as a supermarket and restaurants.

Great breakfast options with a variety of choices including tea, coffee, cereal, fruit, yogurt. The location was convenient, with a tram right outside the door that takes you to the center quickly.

There is a charming shopping street nearby with great restaurants, and the room itself was ideal. The bed was comfortable and the highlight for me was the bathtub. It was so nice to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast service was also exceptional with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

exe exceeded my expectations during this christmas party, the staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help me during a difficult time with my husband in the hospital, the hotel had great amenities including a gym and indoor pool, and the location was convenient with nearby restaurants and public transportation.

The staff at Exe Vienna were very good too accommodate our needs. We had a mix-up with our room reservation and they immediately took responsibility, arranged transportation to another nearby hotel, and even covered the cost. It was a bit inconvenient, but they handled the situation swiftly and professionally. This level of customer service really impressed us. I highly recommend this hotel for their really good service and willingness to go the extra mile.
